Visiting Atlanta from Chicago, my partner and I decided to be spontaneous and get SMALL matching tattoos. As we paid our 50 deposit, and described in great detail what we wanted for an appointment several days away, we were extremely excited. Expecting to pay at the very least 100 a piece for the miniature tattoos because the website required a starting price of 100. To say that we we were in complete and utter shock would simply be an understatement. Upon arrival, our would be tattoo artist Neptune, then explained that our MINI matching tattoos would be 200 hundred dollars A PIECE. It was at this moment that we realized why the parking lot and inside of the shop were completely empty. The deposit is definitely a trick to lure you in to tell you an insane amount that you would never pay for this particular tattoo, anywhere. They continuously make deposit money without ever having to lift a finger. Definitely do not recommend. Don’t waste your time!
Neptune was great we all came from St.Louis / Florida and wanted to get some ink in rembernance of my son. All four of us got tatted he was great thanks for taking care of us.
All of the artists at Black Ink ATL are amazing but Ryann did my tattoo and calling it phenomenal would be an understatement. This was my first tattoo and Ryann walked me through her ideas which ended up being amazing and she incorporated my ideas with hers and produced a tattoo that I truly couldn’t be happier with. She was very respectful, communicative, personable, and nice, and I’m glad to have had her do my first tattoo. Whenever I get another one, I will absolutely come back and have Ryann do it!
Neptune is definitely the guy to see. I’m a brand new father and he blessed me with a wonderful piece to honor my newborn and made the experience amazing. Yo Neptune, God bless you brother. I’ll be back for more for sure.
